Is Douceur Nuage suitable for all skin types?Yes. Douceur Nuage is dermatologist-tested and formulated for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Our formula is non-comedogenic and hypoallergenic.
Please note: This product contains natural citrus essential oils (lemon and orange peel). If you have known sensitivities to citrus or fragrance, we recommend performing a patch test before full application.

When do opened/unopened products expire?Unopened products maintain their quality and perform as expected for approximately three years when stored at room temperature.
Once opened, we recommend using the product within the timeframe indicated by the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging. This symbol—a small jar with a number and the letter M—indicates the recommended number of months the product should be used within after opening, provided it has been stored under normal conditions and not exposed to extreme temperatures.
